Bhumika's Faridabad expansion

According to an October 2026 report, Bhumika Realty invested more than ₹550 crore in Faridabad land over 12 months and expects its cumulative investment to cross ₹1,000 crore by March 2027, with more acquisitions under consideration. For buyers, this signals commitment to the city, but each project still needs its own approvals and delivery.
